“Err” is displayed on display area of UV transmittance measurement value | Abnormality of UV transmittance measurement | Failed to control measurement at the time of UV transmittance measurement |
Dust On Lens | “Common Issues” | Remove black lens cover and clean the small lens with a soft lens cloth |
Initialization | “Common Issues” | make sure there are no frames or lens placed in the lensometer when it is turned on. To clear, remove all lenses and frames, turn the machine off, then turn it on again. |
Reading Progressives | “Usage Issues” | Place the center of the lens on the lensmeter, move it towards the top of the lens to identify the progressive. Place the red X in the center of the blue box. Automatic reading should take place. Then move the then so that the red x moves towards the bottom of the lens and slightly nasal. Follow the progressive channel. When you reach the bottom, the lens should automatically read. (if auto readings don’t take place, manually click the button just below the lens.) |
