VisionR 800 Integration with Compulink

Office’s Computer Configuration Setup

Compulink will set up a shared drive.

The drive will be called \\eyeserver or it will have Compulink or EYECARE in the title. It will be located on the O:\Drive (or any other drive could be used and or mapped) in this case the F:\Drive is being used.

  1. Locate the F:\ Drive and Open

  1. Essilor folder


  1. Eyecare folder

  1. Interface folder

  1. ACBSInter.ini file (There may be more than one CBSInter.ini files) (Ex. CCBSInter.ini, BCBSInter.ini etc.) Each file will need to be modified as shown in steps 6, 7, 8, below.



  1. ImportFileDirectory and ImageImportFileDirectory both need to be changed to the share folder location of the VR-800.

  2. The location of the VR-800 will be \\tsclient\R\

  3. Once file has been modified go to File, then Save 

  4. Once file is done it should look like the file below.


VisionR 800 File Setup


  1. Login with User Name and Password

  1. Select Patient



  1. In the Lower Right Hand Corner, Click on Utility Icon

  2. Then click on WorkStation Configuration


  1. Click on Edit

  2. Click on Instruments tab

  1. Add manually the Instrument, Port, Usage, WAN

  2. Click Save 





  1. Click Search

  2. Type in Last, First Name, then Search

  3. Double Click on Patient


  1. Click on Exam





  1. Click on Add

  2. Double click Complete Exam (HiRes)


  1. Select    Then Add the Unique Identifier

  2. Select Search

  1. Check Mark the Selected All File:

  2. Click Import






  1. Select  Add Unique Identifier with Patients name

  2. Click Search

  3. Check Import All Data

  4. Click Import

  1. Go to WorkUp Tab, should look like this:
