Integration with Uprise - VisionR 800

In Screening Room
  1. Uprise welcome page : 


  1. Add a new patient or Search for patient if (s)he exists.




  1. Enter patient data and click on EHR on the left :


  1. Uprise will give an ID to your patient beginning by PTXXXX. 


  1. Click on Comprehensive Exam



  1. This window appears :

 


  1. Go on the CBOX administration website of the Screening CBOX to identify the ID patient to the instruments. Enter the patient ID provide by Uprise and click on “Set All” to apply to all the devices. 


  1.  Go on each device (Objective refraction, tonometry, Previous spectacle, FUndus & Perimeter) to make the exams.

  2. Don’t forget to export all the measurement on each device. 

  3. When you will finish all the measurement in the screening room, click on “Clear All”:





  1. Then come back to Uprise and click on “Get Device Data” to import all the measurement


  2. This window appears with the measurement that you just done. Tick the case and click on “Import Selected”. NB: you can see the ID patient put on each device.

  1. Then the lastest window reappears with your measurement: 


TODO => Insert Import of Fundus camera / Perimeter



In the Exam Room, you will be able to see the test just done in the Screening room. If not refresh the page: 


  1. Double click to open it. 

  2. To get Screening measurements into the Phoropter go on the CBOX web site of the Exam Room CBOX. Select Patient ID (coming from Uprise, case sensitive), Set it then Click on the Blue icon : 


  1. Then you will be able to see the measurement on the KB550 : 

  2. Click on “Import” to put the lens to the objective measurement.

  3. Perform your subjective exam.

  4. At the end, on the KB550, click on “Print/Export” to send the measurement to Uprise.

  5. On “Get Device Data”, you will be able to see the subjective data : 


  1. Import it and you will see the final result in the sum up window : 



III) Retina400 Export 

  1. Without annotation: 

Go on AnaEyes software and load your exam:

Save in the local directory(I:) :

When you will finish all the different exam don’t forget to click on “Clear All” on the Tag management website: 



On Uprise, load the exam and move to the section “Screening Procedures” and click on the icon “plus”:  Dans result.PNG

This window appears, click on “Retinal imaging”:

Then, click on one of those three section :

Here, click on “Select a folder”:

Select F: drive & select file by name (contain the patient's ID). (You had put it when you had enter the ID patient and clicked on “Set All”):

Then the exam is load. Click on close:

You are now able to see the exam on Uprise. Click on “Done” on the top right of the window to finish the exam:

2) With annotation: 

On AnaEyes software, double click on the exam you want to load it. You will arrive on this window. Set all the annotation you want regarding your exam. Then click on : File/Save screen as picture : 


And use the same procedure as previously.
